We partner with some of the world’s largest retailers, including Walmart, Target, and Kroger, as well as emerging platforms like Instacart and Ibotta, to influence what shoppers put in their carts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll support our Client Services team in executing shopper marketing campaigns for consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients. You’re someone who is:

  • Self-motivated: Able to manage your own schedule and task list independently while possessing a strong desire to become an expert in the CPG space

  • Highly analytical and strategic: You love testing, digging into data and figuring out more effective ways of doing things

 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build your knowledge of CPG/Food & Beverage brands, retailer partnerships, and shopper marketing strategies that help clients grow sales

  • Support the Client Services team in working with clients, vendors, and retailer partners to develop campaign strategy, manage production, and support measurement

  • Assist in executing campaigns across channels such as:

    • Instacart Ads

    • In-store marketing and POS programs

    • Digital incentives (retailer loyalty programs and third-party rebate platforms such as Ibotta and Aisle)

  • Create and deliver monthly reporting, including clear, actionable recommendations in PowerPoint, Excel, and email

  • Develop strong project management habits to stay ahead of deadlines, deliverables, and milestones within the Asana platform

  • Contribute to brainstorming and bring forward new ideas, platforms, and opportunities for clients

Note: Experience with specific retailer media platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing) is helpful but not required.

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc.) a plus

  • Interest or experience in CPG/Food &Beverage industry is a huge bonus

  • Proactive project management skills including experience with PM software like Asana, Monday.com, etc.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics and paid search

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence while speaking in groups – and humility when learning from others

  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • “No job is too big or too small” attitude

  • Analytical acumen to make informed decisions; understand and optimize media campaigns and navigate digital and social marketing platforms

  • Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment

  • Must reside in the United States

  • Visa sponsorship is not available

 WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Comprehensive onboarding program

  • Flexible Hybrid work environment

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits

  • 401(k) program with up to 4% employer match

  • End-of-year profit sharing/bonus program

  • Company events and retreats

 WHO WE ARE:

All of us come from different walks of life – California, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado, and Florida to name a few – but there are a few unifying qualities that bring us together:

  1. We don’t shy away from hard work or a challenge.

  2. We believe two heads are better than one – collaboration is key to our success

  3. We hate “good enough”. Our drive to exceed client expectations and go above and beyond is what has built the long-lasting partnerships that are the foundation of our agency.

We pay competitively based on experience and believe in hiring the right person based on their collective values, experience and ideas – not just the right combination of buzzwords.
